The
Captain Hook Pirate night adventure is fun for
all the family. Great food, hilarious Cancun entertainment
and and free flowing drinks makes Capitan Hook
a good night out for people of all ages.
Captain Hook Pirate ships are named El Galeon,
El Bucancero and the New Black Pearl are 93 foot
authentic replicas of 18th century Spanish galleons,
so accurate are they that in 1992 they were used
by the Bahamas Quincentennial Committee to reenact
the landfall of Christopher Columbus at San Salvador.
Despite their authenticity they are equipped with
modern sound and light systems and air conditioned
eating areas.
Captain
Hook, Cancun, start check in at 18:15hrs, departing
at 19:00hrs from Playa Linda (right next to the
big observation tower) KM 4 in the Hotel Zone.
All will be to welcomed to Captain Hook by your
pirates for the evening, pictures will be taken
of you and your group as you board and can, of
course, be bought on departure. The three pirate
ships, with a capacity of 300 persons each depart
in different directions to cruise the area between
Cancun and Isla Mujeres for the next few hours.
The
open bar drinks start flowing, aboard the Captain
Hook Pirate Ships, while you enjoy sailing around
the Caribbean with Captain Hook and your pirate
hosts. Meantime the entertainment begins with
party games, silly jokes, and dancing. A superb
meal then follows with a choice of surf &
turf, steak, lobster, chichen or vegetarian.
After the meal, everybody returns to the upper
decks where the other pirate ships suddenly arrive
and sword fights ensue with pirates swinging from
one ship to the other. One of the only places
you will see Captain Hook Pirates of the Caribbean
doing this. Following the fight there is yet more
partying and dancing whilst you cruise back to
Cancun, arriving about 22:30hrs, with plenty of
time to find your way to one of Cancun's popular
clubs.
The Pirates aboard the Black Pearl are dressed
as Pirates of the Caribbean, and are a very popular
attraction with children, be prepared for photo
requests.
Ensure
that if its quiet season that you go on a busy
night such as Friday or Saturday because if demand
is low only one ship will sail.
It is adviseable to book these trips in advance,
because during busy times such as Spring Break
in Cancun, it may be difficult to get a place.
